Cuprix Collab Co. – Return & Exchange Policy

At Cuprix Collab Co., every product is created through intentional collaboration with creators and influencers. Because our items are custom-designed and produced in limited runs, all sales are considered final.

No Refund Policy

Due to the collaborative and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Return for Exchange or Remake

While refunds are not available, we are happy to offer returns for exchange or remake under the following conditions:

Items may be returned for a new collaboration product or a remade version of the original item
The replacement item must be of equal or lesser value
Any price difference for items of lesser value will not be refunded
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
Original packaging is required where applicable

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Collaboration Limitations

Some limited or exclusive collaborations may not be eligible for remake due to availability
In these cases, customers may select an alternative collaboration product of equal or lesser value

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Cuprix Collab Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will remake or replace the item at no additional cost.
