Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Cuprix Collab Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon shipment.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the collaborative nature of our products:

  • Refunds are not offered

  • Items may be returned for a new collaboration product or a remade item of equal or lesser value, subject to approval
