At Cuprix Collab Co., each product is created through intentional collaboration and produced in-house. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are produced and fulfilled in-house. Because of this, please allow 7–14 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, collaboration release schedules, or product complexity.

During high-demand collaboration launches, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

We currently ship to:

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

Cuprix Collab Co. is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather or natural events

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Cuprix Collab Co. is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Cuprix Collab Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend selecting shipping options that include insurance or signature confirmation where available.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Collaboration Releases & Pre-Orders

Some collaboration items may be offered as pre-orders or limited releases. These items will ship according to the timeline listed on the product page.
